Style shirts - Emmett (London)
Emmett London is a Jermyn Street shirt-makers founded by tailor Robert Emmett in 1992. Emmett London's first store opened on the Kings Road in 1992, since then it has opened stores on Eldon Street, City of London and Jermyn Street, West End in 2002 and 2006 respectively. Emmett's shirts under-cuffs have a contrasting fabric.
In 2006 Emmett launched a made-to-measure service for shirts and suiting.
The cut of the shirts can be pretty much to taste *reg, slim or casial with single and double cuff sleeves) but the distinctive collars are probably one of the best features of Emmett shirts. Not too small as is a worrying trend or too big/wide like some of those scary Hawes & Curtis shirts.
